Returns & Cancellations
Please contact us before initiating a return.
Consumers can cancel their order within 14 days.
Our service extra:
• For orders with a value of 60 € or more, returns within Germany are free of charge for you.
• For orders under 60 €, we offer a DHL label for a fee of 7.00 € (which will be offset against the refund).
• Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns for bulky goods (over 120 cm in length) and ask that you frank these yourself.
1. Register return
Please use our Returns Portal to request your return. We will then send you the relevant information or the DHL label.
A full refund can only be granted for unused and unassembled items. Please pack the goods securely in their original packaging.

** Bulky goods are shipments over 120 cm in length or items that cannot be shipped as parcels.
Note: According to the legal right of withdrawal, the customer bears the direct costs of the return. Free returns from 60 € is a voluntary service provided by Novoom Leuchten.
